- We are Hiring – Senior Scientific Manager | Medicinal Chemistry
- Experience: 3- 4 Years in Medicinal Chemistry
- Qualification: PhD in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry
- Location: Hyderabad (Shamirpet – ICICI Knowledge Park)

Role Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Medicinal Chemistry Scientist to actively contribute to small molecule drug discovery programs through bench-level synthesis, purification, and characterization of compounds. This role requires robust laboratory skills, scientific rigor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis of small molecules.
- Drive molecule design through SAR insights by integrating biology, ADME, DMPK, and computational approaches to accelerate hit-to-lead and lead optimization.




- Perform purification techniques such as chromatography (Flash Chromatography and Preparative HPLC).
- Conduct compound characterization using NMR, LC-MS, and other analytical techniques.
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and proper documentation of experiments.
- Troubleshoot reactions and optimize synthetic routes.
- Collaborate with biology, DMPK, analytical, and cross-functional teams to support project goals.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Handle and mentor a team of 4–6 employees. and always follow the safety practices.
