Essential Degree Bachelor's or Master's in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Controls Engineering

Minimum Experience 7+ years in SCADA and industrial automation, with at least 4 years hands-on Ignition development

Ignition Certification Ignition Core Certification (mandatory); Ignition Advanced Certification (strongly preferred), Proven experience developing OPC UA Information Models and NodeSets for industrial automation systems, Experience defining telemetry structures, alarm models, equipment hierarchies, and PLCSCADA–MES mappings, Experience reviewing OEM NodeSets and ensuring compliance with site OPC UA standards.

PLC Experience Hands-on with at least two major PLC platforms alongside Ignition integration

Cybersecurity IEC 62443 awareness and practical IT/OT security experience in SCADA environments

Desirable Certs IEC 62443 Certificate; Siemens TIA Portal Skilled; PMP / PRINCE2
