Key Responsibilitie

- sDesign and architect AI-powered voice solutions using Salesforce Agentforce Voice and Service Cloud
- .Define conversational AI architecture, voice workflows, call routing, and escalation mechanisms
- .Architect integrations with Service Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, Knowledge, Case Management, and external systems
- .Design grounding strategies using CRM data, Knowledge Articles, and RAG patterns
- .Lead integrations with contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Service Cloud Voice, Five9, and Genesys

- .Establish security, governance, scalability, and compliance frameworks
- .Guide development teams on Agentforce topics, actions, prompts,



guardrails, and reasoning capabilities
- .Drive IVR modernization and AI-powered customer service transformation initiatives

.Required Skill
- sStrong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360, and Service Cloud Voice
- .Hands-on experience with conversational AI, voice bot design, and contact center integrations
- .Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integration patterns
- .Experience designing RAG-based AI experiences and prompt engineering
- .Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
