Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain opportunity pipelines using a CRM system.

2. Handle and manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle.

3. Understand clients' business requirements and address their queries using our solutions.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and explain system features to prospective clients.

5. Work with WhatsApp API-based solutions to support clients' business communication and automation needs.

6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful project execution.

7. Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills

1. 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development.

2. Valuable understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

3.



Familiarity with WhatsApp API and business messaging solutions.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

5. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to understand diverse business processes and translate client requirements into practical solutions.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

8. Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.

Pay: ₹12,651.18 - ₹20,000.00 per month
