Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will work on-site in Lucknow in a full time capacity, focusing on driving revenue growth for SigmaIT Software Designers Pvt. Ltd. by selling custom software services, web and mobile application development, and SEO solutions.

Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, tracking sales pipelines, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.

Executive will regularly report on sales performance, contribute to strategic sales planning, and represent the company at relevant events or client visits.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management for B2B technology or software services.
- Experience in solution selling, including requirements gathering, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to understand and communicate concepts related to custom software development, web and mobile applications, and SEO services.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role, preferably within IT or software services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, professional integrity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team on-site in Lucknow.
