We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and proactive Sales Executive cum Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be capable of handling multiple sales channels efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART.
- Handle Alibaba account and communicate with international/export clients.
- Follow up and manage sales leads generated from social media platforms.
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM, including lead tracking and sales pipeline management.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
- Provide excellent customer support before and after sales.
- Manage and process orders through our Shopify D2C store.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with domestic and international customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales,



Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Experience with IndiaMART, Alibaba, Shopify, and Zoho CRM is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Solid negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
