An Airtel Xtreme Fiber Executive (XFE) is a frontline field sales role focused on direct, door-to-door marketing and customer acquisition for Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband and Air Fiber services
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Field Sales: Conduct door-to-door direct marketing in residential apartments, housing societies (RWAs), and local commercial areas.
- Pitching & Demos: Explain broadband plans, high-speed data benefits, router features, and bundled OTT entertainment packages to prospective clients.
- Customer Onboarding: Collect customer KYC documents, generate application bookings, and coordinate connection setups with backend installation engineers.
- Target Fulfillment: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion quotas and building penetration goals.
- App Reporting: Log daily field attendance, track lead statuses,
and update customer pipelines via internal Bharti Airtel ltd mobile apps.
- Education: Minimum SSLC, PUC, 12th pass, or any Graduate degree.
- Transport: A two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license are mandatory for local travel.
- Skills: Strong local language proficiency , basic negotiation, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
