The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting our security and facility management services. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their security and facility management requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for contract renewals and additional services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM regularly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications
