We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Villa Specialist / Sales Executive to help clients discover and book luxury villas. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality and travel, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in selecting luxury villas based on their preferences and requirements.
Manage inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a seamless booking experience.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Coordinate with internal teams and villa partners for availability and booking confirmations.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate, or Customer Service.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid sales mindset with the ability to close deals.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Candidates
Hospitality Management or Travel & Tourism graduates.
Experience in luxury hospitality, villa bookings, hotel reservations, or travel sales is a plus.
