We are seeking a Project Planning & Document Controller to support the execution and delivery of large-scale electrical Low Side works for hyperscale data center projects, primarily involving MV and LV systems, RMUs, transformers, busducts, UPS, cabling systems, and ELV infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented project professional with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, MIS reporting, and document control management within EPC or infrastructure projects.
The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring timely project reporting, schedule governance, document accuracy, version control, and seamless coordination across project stakeholders, enabling effective execution in line with defined project management processes and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, timelines,
and milestone trackers in alignment with project execution plans.
Prepare and update weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports covering schedule status, milestones, delays, and recovery plans.
Track project deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure adherence to committed timelines.
Coordinate with site teams, engineering, procurement, quality, and vendors for regular progress updates and schedule alignment.
Support the Project Manager in forecasting project timelines, resource planning, and risk identification related to schedule slippages.
Maintain and manage all project documentation including drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, approvals, MOMs, change records, and client communications.
Ensure proper document control processes, version control, numbering, filing, and retrieval systems are followed across internal and external stakeholders.
