We're looking for a creative and execution-focused Videographer with 2–4 years of qualified experience in shooting high-quality digital content for brands, influencers, and social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate has worked in a marketing agency, content production house, or creator ecosystem and understands how to create visually engaging short-form content that aligns with current social media trends. You'll work closely with our Creative, Production, Content, and Influencer Marketing teams to conceptualize, shoot, and deliver platform-first content across multiple campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on set, understands storytelling through visuals, keeps up with emerging content trends, and can independently execute shoots from planning to production.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Shooting
Plan and execute high-quality video shoots for influencer campaigns, branded content, advertisements, podcasts, interviews, testimonials, and social media content.
Operate DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras, Gimbals,



and supporting production equipment efficiently.
Capture visually engaging footage with strong framing, composition, lighting, and camera movement.
Shoot both indoor and outdoor productions while maintaining production quality under different environments.
Work on multiple production formats including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Meta Ads, LinkedIn videos, and long-form YouTube content.

Content Creation
Understand platform-specific content trends and create videos that are optimized for high audience engagement.
Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Content Writers to translate concepts into visually compelling content.
Capture behind-the-scenes footage, lifestyle content, product videos, and influencer-led campaigns.
Recommend creative shot ideas, transitions, camera angles, and storytelling techniques that improve content performance.
