Accountabilities:
As a Manager Site Payments - FSP, you will oversee site payment operations, lead a specialized team, and ensure the successful delivery of investigator payment services across assigned clinical trial projects. You will combine operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and process improvement skills to maintain compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and develop Site Payments teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of investigator payment services.
Build and scale teams according to business needs, supporting recruitment activities and team growth initiatives.
Oversee project execution to ensure customer expectations, contractual requirements, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and project risks to maintain business continuity.
