Accountabilities:
The Business Analyst - BI / AI Analyst builder / Data Modeler will be responsible for analyzing business processes,



improving data structures, and supporting the development of reliable analytics and AI-driven solutions.
Perform data discovery activities to identify relevant data sources, patterns, relationships, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze and reverse-engineer business processes to understand how data supports operational workflows and decision-making.
Work with multiple ticketing and operational systems to evaluate, normalize, and structure data for improved processing and reporting.
Build and maintain data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled use cases.
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
