Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Designer who can lead end-to-end brand creation and shape compelling visual identities for modern businesses. This is a project-based role where you will not only design but also define brand strategy, guide creative direction, and ensure cohesive execution across all touchpoints. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to translate business goals into distinct, scalable, and high-impact brand systems.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Direction
Lead brand discovery and define overall creative direction
Understand business goals, audience, and positioning
Conduct competitor and market analysis
Develop mood boards and visual territories
Translate insights into explicit brand narratives and design directions

Creative Leadership
Own and drive the entire branding process from concept to execution
Present and defend creative concepts with strong rationale
Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
Mentor/guide designers (if applicable) and review outputs
Maintain a high bar for design excellence and innovation





Brand Identity Development
Oversee and/or design:
Logo systems
Color palette and visual language
Typography systems
Iconography and graphic elements
Overall brand style and tone

Brand Guidelines & Systems
Develop comprehensive and scalable brand guidelines
Define rules for logo usage, colors, typography, and imagery
Ensure adaptability across digital and offline channels
Build systems that support long-term brand consistency

Applications & Experience Design
Guide and/or create applications across:
Website design direction (homepage and UI style)
Social media (feeds, carousels, reel covers)
Marketing creatives and campaigns
Print and physical branding (business cards, packaging, etc.)
Ensure all applications align with the brand narrative and strategy.

Delivery & Handoff
Oversee final asset delivery and quality control
Ensure all files are structured, organized, and scalable
