As an AES Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate- Operate, you will focus on connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using various technologies and tools, such as Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services.
This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
