Role Overview

The Event Producer will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of B2B technology events, from research and agenda creation to speaker management, sponsor coordination, event execution, and post-event reporting. This role requires a solid understanding of enterprise technology trends, stakeholder management, conference production, and executive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Content Development

Research industry trends, market priorities, and emerging technology themes.
Develop conference agendas, discussion topics, and executive roundtable themes.




Identify relevant speakers, moderators, analysts, and industry experts.

Event Production

Manage end-to-end production of conferences, roundtables, webinars, and leadership forums including Setup.
Develop event timelines and production schedules.
Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, sponsors, speakers, and vendors.

Speaker & Sponsor Management

Drive speaker acquisition and engagement.
Coordinate sponsor deliverables and event requirements.
Manage speaker briefings, presentations, and session planning.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with sales, marketing, delegate acquisition, and operations teams.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with event objectives and timelines.

Event Execution

Oversee event delivery and on-ground execution.
Ensure a world-class experience for sponsors, speakers, and attendees.
