Role Overview

The Delegate Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and confirming participation from senior enterprise leaders / CXO’s for curated roundtables, conferences, webinars, and executive networking programs.

This is not a traditional telesales or registration role.

The ideal candidate should already possess strong relationships within the CXO community and have prior experience engaging senior decision-makers across BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, IT Services, GCCs, and Enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities





CXO Community Engagement

Engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, CHROs, CDOs, and Business Leaders.
Leverage existing skilled relationships to secure executive participation.
Build and continuously expand personal CXO networks.

Delegate Acquisition

Drive registrations and confirmations for executive roundtables and conferences.
Maintain high-quality attendee profiles aligned with event objectives.
Ensure participation of relevant decision-makers from target industries.

Relationship Management

Develop long-term relationships with enterprise leaders.
Maintain regular communication with key contacts.
Understand business priorities, technology initiatives, and executive interests.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with event production, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Align delegate acquisition strategy with sponsor objectives.
Ensure audience quality and relevance for every event.
