Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior IMC (Inside Market Consultant) to support our enterprise marketing and business development initiatives.

This role combines Sales Development Representative (SDR), Lead Generation, Appointment Generation, and Delegate Acquisition responsibilities. The ideal candidate will identify and engage senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings for the sales team, and drive registrations for exclusive CXO events. As this role supports global campaigns,



candidates must be versatile to work in shifts aligned with the assigned campaign's regional time zone (APAC, Middle East, Europe, Australia, UK, or North America).

Key Responsibilities

SDR & Lead Generation

Identify and research target enterprise accounts and decision-makers.
Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify prospects based on campaign objectives and client requirements.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.

Appointment Generation

Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/business development team.
Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns.
Follow up with prospects to maximize meeting conversions.
Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth meeting execution.

Delegate Acquisition
