Your responsibilities:
Develop Rovensa sales potential with right set of commercial strategies in the assigned area,
identifying potential opportunities in portfolio, crops and commercial channels.
Act as key contact for targeted customer relationships to gain a deeper understanding of their business and business needs to co-develop customized value offers that build a successful and sustainable business partnership. Continually review account performance against business plans and seek regular feedback from account contacts on Rovensa Next performance.
Sales Budget Planning & Achieving regional sales objectives, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances & initiating corrective actions.
Work on Product Mix to improve the profit margin and deliver growth for Rovensa Next Portfolio
Work Closely with team in building relations and developing potential channel partners for sustainable business growth, also identifying and changing non-performing one.
Receivable management by maintaining financial discipline, Stock planning, forecast and C&F; monitoring
