Automation – Business Process re-engineering - Advisor
POSITION SUMMARY
The Finance Automation Advisor is responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance operations. This role serves as a key partner to Finance, Operations, Technology, and other business teams to transform manual processes into automated, sustainable solutions using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, VBA, and other reporting and analytics platforms.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, can independently identify opportunities for improvement, and successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. This individual must possess strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to automate manual, repetitive, and high-volume business processes across Finance and related operational functions.
• Design,



develop, test, implement, and maintain automation solutions utilizing Alteryx, SQL, VBA, and other automation and reporting technologies.
• Independently lead projects from concept through implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, document processes, and develop scalable solutions that improve operational performance.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that support business decision-making.
