Beyond our subscription business, we develop and launch our own bourbon brands, merchandise, and marketing campaigns—creating a steady stream of creative design work across apparel, packaging, product labels, and digital marketing.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills to join us on a part time, contract, per-diem (as-needed) basis.
This is not a traditional part-time role with fixed weekly hours. Instead, you'll work on projects as they come in, with the flexibility to accept assignments based on your availability. We're looking for someone who produces high-quality work quickly, communicates well, and consistently delivers on deadlines.
What You'll Work On
Design apparel and merchandise, including t-shirts, hats, stickers, and other branded products




Create bottle labels, packaging, hang tags, inserts, and other print materials
Design promotional graphics for social media, email campaigns, web, and advertising
Adapt existing artwork into new formats and sizes
Build templates and maintain organized, editable production files
What We're Looking For
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (this is the primary tool for the role)
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Excellent graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and composition
A portfolio demonstrating professional-quality design work
Experience creating clean, editable, print-ready vector artwork
Understanding of print production, including bleeds, color modes, organized layers, and proper file preparation
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines independently
Comfortable working on an as-needed basis with varying project volume
