Position Summary
The Project Manager – Data Center Delivery is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of data center construction and infrastructure projects This mid-level leadership role focuses on coordinating design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
The role requires strong technical understanding of mission-critical facilities, effective client communication, and hands-on coordination with contractors and specialist vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule,
and in accordance with quality and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Management
· Manage assigned data center projects through all phases, from design coordination to construction, commissioning, and handover.
· Implement project execution plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks in line with PMC standards.
· Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and support corrective actions where required.
· Coordinate design development, reviews, and approvals across consultants and client teams.
· Identify project risks and issues, maintain risk registers, and support mitigation actions.
· Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical requirements, safety policies, and statutory regulations.
· Support commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and readiness-for-operations activities.
· Administer change management processes and ensure scope alignment.
