Job Responsibilities1. Operational Excellence: 30%1.1 Monitor machine performance,



uptime, utilization, and inspection efficiency.1.2 Drive preventive actions to minimize downtime and production impact.1.3 Ensure timely closure of customer concerns and action items.1.4 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer management, production, process engineering, and quality teams.2. Customer Support: 30%2.1 Provide advanced technical support on AXI systems during NPI and mass production.2.2 Provide training and guidance to customers' technical teams on the setup, operation, and maintenance of AXI systems 2.3 Optimize inspection programs to improve defect detection and reduce false calls. 2.4 Support root cause analysis and problem-solving related to PCB assembly defects. 3. Project lead & Management: 30%3.1 Lead all activities related to AXI machine implementation, qualification, and production support.3.2 Coordinate machine installation, acceptance, and commissioning for planned expansi
