Your New Role
Lead the delivery, governance,



transformation and continuous improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring secure, compliant and efficient management of identities, access and entitlements across the enterprise. Accountable for IAM operations, access governance, risk management, audit remediation, application onboarding, automation and stakeholder engagement – acting as both a people leader and hands-on SME to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk reduction and strategic transformation outcomes.
Ensure service commitments, operational KPIs and control obligations are met; act as escalation point for complex issues
Drive compliance with IAM standards, policies, audit requirements and regulatory obligations
Govern user access reviews, entitlement/role ownership, attestation and privileged access controls
Lead remediation of audit findings, orphan accounts, stale access and unmanaged groups
Govern application onboarding, lifecycle mana
