As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them plan their dream vacations across Kerala and international destinations. You'll work with a supportive team that values your growth and provides comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Provide detailed information about Kerala and international travel packages, itineraries, and booking procedures
Assist customers with travel planning, destination selection, and package customization
Resolve customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
Coordinate with travel team, guides, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Freshers are encouraged to apply - we provide comprehensive training

Basic computer proficiency including email, chat applications, and CRM tools
Comfortable working remotely with stable internet connection
