Leapswitch Networks Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of Cloud, Data Center, Managed Hosting, Network Infrastructure, and Enterprise Technology Solutions. We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Demand Generation Executive to strengthen our sales pipeline through effective B2B lead generation and outbound sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online databases.
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and identify business opportunities.
Research prospects using LinkedIn, CRM, and lead-generation tools.
Manage and update lead information, activities, and follow-ups in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and share relevant prospects with the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Maintain accurate records of lead status, follow-ups,



and conversions.
Achieve monthly lead-generation and calling targets/KPIs.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
Solid hands-on cold calling experience is mandatory.
Experience in B2B sales/lead generation.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM, or similar lead management tools.
Experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead-generation platforms.
Knowledge of Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
Basic understanding of IT, SaaS, Cloud, Hosting, or Technology Services is preferred.
