? Job Summary

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive (Fresher) to support mobile app growth through Google Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO), and AI-powered marketing tools. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in app marketing, performance marketing, user acquisition, and data-driven growth. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive app visibility, installs, and engagement while leveraging up-to-date AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and decision-making.

? Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing Google App Campaigns, including campaign setup, asset coordination, optimization, and performance monitoring.
Support App Store Optimization (ASO) activities, including keyword research, metadata updates, competitor analysis, and store listing improvements.
Utilize AI-powered tools for keyword research, ad copy generation, campaign insights, creative ideation, and marketing workflow optimization.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as installs, CPI,



conversion rates, retention, and campaign spend.
Ensure alignment between advertising creatives, messaging, and app store listings to maximize conversion rates.
Coordinate with Design, Content, ASO, and Data teams to execute app growth initiatives effectively.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
Conduct market and competitor research using AI and traditional research methods to support user acquisition strategies.
Stay updated with Google Ads, Play Store policies, ASO best practices, and emerging AI technologies relevant to mobile app growth.
Ensure compliance with Google Ads and Play Store policy guidelines.
