What You Will Do:
Key Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate KYB applications for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct client outreach to gather missing documentation or clarify discrepancies
• Manage direct client interactions professionally, resolving queries and escalations
• Track and ensure adherence to SLAs across the case pipeline; flag and manage breaches proactively
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product) on case escalations and process improvements
• Mentor junior team members on KYB standards, red-flag identification, and documentation quality
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce turnaround time and rework
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all reviewed cases

What You Will Need:

• 4–7 years of experience in KYB/KYC, onboarding, or related AML/compliance functions
• Strong working knowledge of business entity types, beneficial ownership, and regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT)




• Proven experience managing SLA-driven queues and prioritizing high-volume caseloads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing outreach
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Solid attention to detail and sound judgment on risk-based decisions
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision (senior IC, not people-manager track)

What Would Be Nice To Have:
• Experience with KYB/KYC platforms or case management tools (e.g., Actimize, Fenergo, LexisNexis)
• Exposure to fintech, banking, or payments industry
• Prior experience training or mentoring junior analysts.
• Candidates from Business Schools preferred.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills preferred.
