Accountabilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for self-managed platform services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.




Own the customer experience for deployment and operation across Kubernetes, Helm, container platforms, on-premises, bare-metal, and air-gapped environments.
Gather, evaluate, and prioritize feedback from customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and the community to guide product improvements and innovation.
Manage and prioritize feature requests, product backlogs, and strategic initiatives to maximize customer value and product adoption.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Documentation, Pre-Sales, and Solution Architecture teams to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform product direction.
Ensure development teams remain focused on the highest-priority initiatives while continuously improving deployment simplicity, scalability, and operation
