Accountabilities:




As an AI Engineer – Internal Agents & Workflows, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that automate repetitive processes and enable teams to work more efficiently. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities, build intelligent workflows, and ensure reliable production-ready implementations.
Design and implement AI agent workflows involving tool calling, multi-step reasoning, structured outputs, and automated decision-making.
Build integrations and connectors with internal platforms such as Slack, Jira, email, calendars, CRM systems, and data warehouses.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and knowledge systems for internal documentation, ensuring accurate responses with source references.
Create AI-powered assistants and automation solutions for areas such as customer support, sales, recruiting, engineering, and internal knowledge management.
