The Chance

We're looking for a consultant to join our growing delivery team in India. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll contribute to the full lifecycle of sales planning EPM implementations — from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live.

You'll work directly with senior consultants and solution architects on engagements for global clients, building real expertise in a niche that is rapidly growing and highly valued in the market.

What You'll Do

Client Delivery & Solution Development

Design and configure business solutions on cloud EPM platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent) covering territory planning, quota management, incentive compensation, and sales analytics
Co-lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions; translate business needs into documented user stories and functional specifications
Build and test data models, integrations, calculation logic, dashboards, and workflows within client environments
Support UAT cycles, issue
