Role Overview

FoxClub Social Impact Initiative is building a structured evaluation model for government schools. We are looking for passionate interns who can support in designing a scalable school evaluation framework and develop actionable improvement plans aligned with NEP guidelines and global best practices. This role includes both desk research and on-ground school evaluation visits.

Key Responsibilities

Create a structured School Evaluation Framework covering: Infrastructure and facility assessment, Classroom observation model, Teacher quality assessment, Student learning outcomes evaluation, Hygiene and safety standards, Attendance, discipline and school processes, Library and learning resources
Study existing government school systems, structure, and policies
Benchmark up-to-date teaching methods and NEP-aligned practices
Design evaluation templates, scoring sheets, and reporting formats
Propose improvement plans and implementation strategies
Prepare a final School Improvement Report with actionable recommendations

? Field Work Requirement (Mandatory)





This role may involve visiting government schools and working directly with government school teachers, students and school staff, and classroom environments for observation and documentation. Candidate must be open to field work and local travel as required.

Skills Required

Strong research and documentation skills
Interest in education systems and policy
Ability to build structured frameworks and models
Strong report writing and presentation skills
Knowledge of pedagogy/teaching methodologies is a plus

A reusable school improvement plan model
Final report with actionable recommendations
