Your future duties and responsibilities
8+ years of experience in data/software/knowledge engineering
Experience in enterprise environments (preferably financial services)
Programming skills (Python, Java or similar)
API and system integration experience
Knowledge of RDF, RDFS, OWL, SPARQL
Understanding of data modelling and metadata
Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV
Experience with knowledge graphs and ontologies
Exposure to Azure cloud services
Basic DevOps knowledge (Git, CI/CD)
Agile/Scrum working experience
Nice to Have
Experience with GraphDB, Stardog or Neo4j
Familiarity with RML or YARRRML
Experience with SHACL validation
Knowledge of Kafka or Event Hubs
Experience with data mesh concepts
GraphQL or semantic APIs
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain linked data pipelines using RDF
Design mappings from relational, XML and JSON to semantic models
Integrate domain data products aligned with data mesh principles
Work with enterprise ontologies and vocabularies
Build APIs exposing semantic data and metadata
Implement data quality rules using SHACL
Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
