About The Role
Scope and deliver automation roadmaps for Opsedge enterprise customers while leading cross-functional squads.
Translate ambiguous business goals into structured automation initiatives.
Lead discovery workshops with CXO stakeholders and ground operators.
Create execution plans with milestones, owners, and success metrics.
Partner with product engineers to mature internal tooling required for deployments.
Coach customer teams on change management and day-two operations.
Who You Are
7+ years in consulting, enterprise automation, or program management.
Hands-on experience with workflow tools and data wrangling.
Robust communication skills and comfort engaging executive stakeholders.
Ability to travel to client sites across India when required.
