Position Overview

This is a hybrid leadership role combining strategic oversight of Finance and HR functions with Chief of Staff

responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry, be adept at leveraging

technology to streamline operations and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and receivables.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants.
Implement and optimize financial systems and tools.

HR Operations

Lead HR functions include recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Drive HR automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics dashboards.

Chief of Staff to CEO





Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO, including planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Finance and HR roles, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
Proven experience supporting C-level executives.
Strong proficiency in financial and HR software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, BambooHR).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Tech-savvy with a passion for process improvem
