ELLKAY is seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR leader to drive the people agenda for our Ahmedabad office. The Director – Human Resources will serve as a key business partner to leadership, responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance, employee-centric culture.

This role will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and advantages, HR operations, compliance, policy and procedure, workforce planning, and administration.
