Role Overview

Call prospective leads to introduce the company’s offerings, understand their requirements, and assess interest.
Schedule and confirm in-person visits (footfall) with prospective leads at the center/office.
Follow up consistently to ensure scheduled leads convert into actual walk-ins.
Counsel walk-in prospects in person, addressing queries and concerns, and recommending the most suitable options.
Close the lead by finalizing enrollment/admission/sale and completing all required documentation and payment formalities.
Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, footfall, and conversions in the CRM or tracking sheet.
Build rapport and trust with leads to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
Coordinate with the marketing/sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and follow-up outcomes.
Meet assigned targets for calls made, footfall generated, and leads closed.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with the customer during the visit, address objections, and guide them through the closing process.

Key Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid persuasion and negotiation ability.
Patience and persistence in following up with leads over multiple touchpoints.
Basic computer literacy for CRM/data entry.
Ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory, depending on industry).
Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
