Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon/Pune. This is a full-time, client-facing role focused on driving sales and business development for Microsoft Surface Devices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT hardware market, robust sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in field sales,



business development, or IT hardware sales.
Proven track record in sales strategy execution, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Solid understanding of IT devices, laptops, tablets, and the Microsoft Surface ecosystem.
Knowledge of the IT market landscape, distribution channels, and customer segments.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic sales setting.
Keep all systems (CRM, expense reporting, and calendar) updated and accurate at all times.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in selling Microsoft Surface or other premium IT hardware.
Existing network within corporate and government IT procurem
