Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and lead generation campaigns with robust analytical and ROI-focused skills.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube).
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, sales, ROAS, and ROI.
Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create remarketing and audience-targeting campaigns.
Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to improve campaign performance.




Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising features and best practices
