Connect Infosoft is looking for a Female Junior Accountant with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, financial record management, GST compliance, and day-to-day bookkeeping. Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Generate MIS reports and financial statements.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, banks, and internal departments.
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.




Verify financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management..

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
