Job Title: General Manager – EV Production (2-Wheeler & 3-Wheeler)

Location: Dholka, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 8–12 years in Automotive Manufacturing, with a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) assembly/production.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or Production Engineering. Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

we are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Production to lead our plant operations and drive operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Production & Plant Operations
Lead end-to-end manufacturing and assembly operations for Electric 2-Wheelers and 3-Wheelers.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production and dispatch targets are achieved.
Manage assembly lines, including powertrain integration, chassis assembly, battery pack installation, and final vehicle testing (including dyno testing).
Develop and implement Production Planning & Control (PPC) strategies to optimize plant capacity and production efficiency.
Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all vehicles comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements, including AIS-156 and CMVR.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity and reduce defects.
