The Role

Kyndryl is looking to hire a strategic and dynamic Senior Lead Compensation to support our Asia Pacific markets and our data analytic needs. The Senior Lead will play a key role in supporting the evolution of our compensation programs to ensure we can attract, retain, and inspire top talent in the quick-paced technology industry. This role will be hands-on in implementing transformative compensation programs and designing efficient processes to support them. The role is split roughly evenly across two distinct areas: (1)



Compensation Analytics, dashboard, insights, and (2) compensation partnering and advisory for our Asia Pacific markets, where strong stakeholder collaboration and client-facing consulting skills are essential.

What you will do
Key responsibilities include:

Execute Employee compensation strategy based on global compensation and business strategy and facilitate the global compensation programs roll-out at market/country level.
Be a trusted partner and consult with HR Partners and senior business managers on pay decisions and related challenges and provide strategic and operational guidance and direction.
Act as a strategic compensation partner to HR leaders and business executives across Asia Pacific, providing consultation on compensation decisions, workforce planning, talent attraction, retention, and pay governance.
Serve as an advocate of the Total Rewards philosophy. Own local Comp
