What we expect from you:
We are seeking a personable and knowledgeable Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at our Apple Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing exceptional support regarding Apple products and services to walk-in customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Apple products, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Job Responsibilities :
Front-end executive to handles the daily walk-in customer supporting them with resolution for the issue.
CREs should have very valuable communication and Presentability.
Empathy, Escalation handling skills, business conversion, technical
Knowledge on Apple products.
Requires the ability to handle Customer Relationship Management.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a retail or service center environment.
Strong knowledge of Apple products
