Salesforce Certified Administrator (Sales Cloud) | India | Hybrid | Full-time-Contract

We’re seeking a hands-on Salesforce Admin to take ownership of a high-impact, post-migration CRM environment. Following our transition from Trident + HubSpot to Salesforce Sales Cloud + MCAE (April 2026), the external implementation partner has exited — leaving behind a young org with known defects, incomplete builds, and no vendor backstop.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a triage-and-stabilise mandate.

You will operate at the intersection of business urgency and system clarity, supporting three key segments — Institutional (ICG), VIP, and PWS — while navigating a near real-time sync with Trident (our upstream source of truth). Many perceived “Salesforce issues” originate outside Salesforce — knowing that boundary is critical to success.

What You’ll Own
End-to-end ownership of the #ask-salesforce queue
Diagnose and resolve admin requests, data issues, and system behaviour queries
Triage and route non-Salesforce issues (sync engine, data model, MCAE) with clear root-cause analysis




Enable users to reduce repeat tickets through guidance and documentation
Re-prioritise incoming requests based on real business impact (not perceived urgency)

Must-Have
Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience
2+ years managing a live Sales Cloud environment
Solid declarative skills: objects, fields, validation rules, layouts
Automation expertise: Flows, assignment rules, order-of-execution awareness
User & access management: roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD
Data management: deduplication, bulk updates, root-
