Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the hospitality design and development sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with developers, hotel brands, and investors, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closure. The role involves preparing and presenting company credentials, proposals, and pitches, collaborating with design and project teams to align offerings with client needs, and conducting market research to track industry trends and competitor activity. The Business Development Manager will also maintain CRM records, attend industry events and networking opportunities, and provide regular reporting on business performance and growth initiatives.
