Role Description

This is a full time,



on-site User Experience Designer role based in Bengaluru. The User Experience Designer will translate complex market research workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces and interaction patterns that help users work seamlessly with AI agents.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, facilitating design thinking workshops, defining user journeys, and creating wireframes and interactive prototypes for web-based and internal tools. The role involves close collaboration with product management, engineering, and research operations teams to gather requirements, validate design solutions, and iterate based on user feedback and usability testing.

The designer will also contribute to visual design standards, help maintain a consistent design system, and ensure accessibility and usability across Metaforms’ products.
