This role is for a Product Specialist in a hybrid work model focused on delivering functional expertise in Product Lifecycle Management using Teamcenter for an MNC client setting. The specialist will analyze business needs configure PLM solutions support end users and ensure consistent alignment with enterprise product data standards across the complete lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand product lifecycle processes and translate them into detailed Teamcenter functional requirements that support strategic enterprise goals
Customize and configure Teamcenter functionalities to align with defined PLM business rules ensuring consistent product data management and traceability across the organization
Coordinate with technical teams to validate solution feasibility and provide detailed functional specifications that guide development configuration and integration activities
Conduct functional testing of Teamcenter enhancements and configurations to verify that solutions meet business expectations while maintaining system stability and data integrity
Prepare comprehensive functional design documents process maps and user guidance materials that clearly communicate the intended PLM solution behavior and usage
Deliver user training sessions and hands on demonstrations in Teamcenter to improve adoption efficiency and confidence among diverse business and engineering teams
Analyze existing PLM workflows and propose improvements that streamline change management product release and configuration control activities for better throughput
Monitor day to day Teamcenter usage identify recurring issues and coordinate resolution with support and technical teams to maintain a reliable user experience
Align PLM configurations with companywide standards and compliance requirements ensuring that product data governance and audit readiness are consistently maintained
