Claims Specialist at ZeroNorth

As a member of the Maritime claims and performance team in the Qualified Services,



you will contribute to delivering world-class technical expertise as an individual contributor to Vessel Performance projects and tasks.

We are seeking a highly analytical and resilient person to join our team. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between data analysis, commercial operations, legal interpretation, claims support and customer relations. You will be responsible for investigating complex maritime legal claims related to vessel speed and fuel consumption and also support internal teams in enhancing the claims service offered and our in-house performance monitoring tool.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical or commercial maritime knowledge, thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, and can confidently navigate pushback during legal disputes. A candidate with experience in maritime legal claims handling and disputes with a LLB/ LLM is preferred.
