About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive / HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders in driving people initiatives while ensuring seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR Operations, end-to-end employee lifecycle management, and at least 2 years of experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions.
This role requires someone who can balance operational excellence with business partnering, enabling leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.

Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
Partner with Business Unit Heads and functional leaders to understand business priorities and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers by providing guidance on people-related matters, employee performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders on workforce planning,



organizational structure, and resource planning.
Support leaders in driving performance, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency in HR processes and best practices.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, promotions, offboarding, and exit processes.
Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are compliant and consistently implemented.
Maintain employee records and HR systems while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation in collaboration with relevant teams.
Drive process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
