The team has successfully trained over 300 students and supported their placement in design and development roles. Role Description The Co-Owner role is a full-time, in office position based in Tiruvallur. This role involves leading business development efforts, overseeing marketing and social media activities, and contributing to product and curriculum development for design and development programs. The Co-Owner will collaborate with the founders to define growth strategies, build partnerships, and strengthen the brand presence of School Of Techies.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operations, supporting trainer coordination, engaging with prospective learners and corporate clients, and monitoring student outcomes. The role requires active involvement in decision-making, financial planning, and continuous improvement of training services.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and public representation.
Sales and Marketing skills to drive student enrollment, build partnerships, and promote programs effectively.
Product Development skills to shape training offerings, refine curricula, and align courses with industry needs.
Social Media and digital presence skills to manage online branding, campaigns, and community engagement.
Experience in education, training, or edtech operations is highly beneficial.
